I am trying to modify the email address that I receive messages on. This seems to require logging into the “manage subscriptions” page. However, when I enter my email into the “reset password” box I never receive a response.
Is this because I do not have an account, yet still receive messages? If so, how should I proceed? How can I be certain that I do or do not have an account?
