Missing descriptions for aggregates

I'm about to add/cleanup some missing descriptions for aggregates and
functions (such as corr(), enum_first()....) and discovered that stddev(),
min() and others doesn't have a pg_description entry, too. Is there a
reason for that? Maybe keep off redundant information from pg_description?
