There are only MultiFile's in the /tmp directory, no other files

Now, here comes a strange part....
Neither ipc-daemon --version or ipc-daemon --help didn't give any
output!! It seems that ipc-daemon doesn't want to run at all!!! But the
process is running.

I think I installed the CygIPC correctly, downloaded 1.13-2, then
unpacked and copied the files into subdirectories under c:/cygwin/

How hard can it be?

Is there any possible piece that can conflict with ipc-daemon in a
previously mentioned way???
