Hi,

I have this problem: when I send a "vacuum" I get this error:

NOTICE: Ind pg_proc_prosrc_index: NUMBER OF INDEX' TUPLES (962) IS NOT THE SAME AS HEAP' (961)
FATAL 1: btree: cannot split if start (2) >= maxoff (2)

That line with FATAL is showed also when I add a function (usualy with > 3k
functions)
What can I do, please ?
