Item 4:

Is a large issue for the Org, but I believe, it is the individual "satellites" that are more responsible for getting its troops in sync. What is not being addressed and why???

Those individuals that are active, WE need to find the "next level" they want to achieve. This may in turn, may bring the level of awareness up.

I think WE need to address the SMB community, and apply ALL points listed, or applicable...
