I have committed your v18 list, with the removal of "Hacking Discord".
I also removed "newtglobal postgresql_contributors", which is not an
individual.

Beyond that, the postprocessing steps were:

- sort list by collate "en-x-icu"
- add XML markup (sed -r 's,.*, <member>&</member>,')
- remove non-Latin1 characters until fop is happy
