The ODBC driver for the W2K side can be found at
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/versions
If you need to run the ODBC driver in cygwin you will need to compile the
library from either the CVS code or the code in src/interfaces/odbc in the
PostgreSQL tarball.
