Using pgpass and pg_config files with psqlODBC

Hello,

After some research done, I've seen that psqlODBC cannot use pgpass
and pg_config files, only libpq can.
Is it something that could be implemented or is it planned ?
Or maybe is there some reason this has not been done ?
