In contrast to 17.x, the 18.x container needs to mount the volulme at
.../18/docker:/var/lib/postgresql instead of
...data:var/lib/postresql/data. This is told in the instructions of the
docker image, see the chapter about PGDATA:
https://hub.docker.com/_/postgres/#pgdata.
