If you're looking for the ODBC drivers to install on your Windows PC for
accessing a PostgreSQL database on your server you should look in:
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/latest/
the file postdrv.exe is the installation program to install the drivers on
your PC. For more info see ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/index.html
