site change issues

Hi folks

looks like a couple of things are broken I getting a bunch of 404's on
pages under the tree :

> http://www.postgresql.org/docs/aw_pgsql_book/index.html

> Not Found
> The requested URL /docs/aw_pgsql_book/node125.html was not found on

> Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.postgresql.org Port 80

Also the www has no info on actually contacting the list on the archive
page. Of course this may be by design.
