It's that time again!
Once again, we are looking for representatives of organizations willing
to be quoted endorsing version 9.3, for its release. These quotes
should have one or more of the following themes:
* excitement about one or more new features in 9.3
* something cool about PostgreSQL's extensibility/customizability
* something about plans to deploy postgresql in some major way
