A quick update: No breakage of WinSDK 7.1 / VS 2010 was found.

I'm having to do more work than I'd hoped to set up my build env for VS
2012 properly and update the build wrapper to handle it so VS 2012
testing is still in progress. Expect a report in a few hours.
