This has broken my docs build because of this line:

release-9.2.sgml:1946: Urbańnski, Steve Singer)

with this error:

openjade:/home/bf/bfr/root/HEAD/pgsql.9367/../pgsql/doc/src/sgml/release-9.2.sgml:1946:14:E: "324" is not a character number in the document character set
