Hi guys !

The stats from the pgmag.org website (provided by Google Analytics) show
clearly the most of the Magazine readers don't speak in English as their
mother tongue. Moreover lots of people have already asked if they could
translate some part or the whole magazine.

So far, we have 3 translations teams rising up : French, Portuguese and
Spanish. If you want to help one of these teams, please go to :

http://pgmag.org/existing_translation_teams

If you want to create a team for another language, please read :

http://pgmag.org/create_a_translation_team

Here is a quick guide to start :

The translation work in itself should be easy and self-rewarding because
the articles are short and aimed at a wide public... In other word,
translations parts of the magazine will be quick, pleasing and lots of
people will read your translations. You can also help by proof-reading
or doing some Scribus layout editing...

It's a very simple way to contribute to the PostgreSQL Community !

If you have any other questions about this, please send an e-mail to
contact(at)pgmag(dot)org
