I looked at pg_archivecleanup but it wants me to pick which is the last
WAL archive I want to keep... how do I decide?

Alternatively, I can also stop postgres normally and delete the entire
directory, correct? I'd like to know the pg_archivecleanup answer
though in case I need to do it once in production too.
