It's not at all clear that this is a PostgreSQL bug. You appear to be
reporting issues due to your configuration of the PostgreSQL ODBC driver
in an Oracle database where you are trying to use it for dblink.

The best place to ask for help about this is probably the EnterpriseDB
forums, as there are many Oracle users there.

You might want to collect up some more information when you do post
there, and take a minute to rewrite your explanation to be a bit
clearer. It is hard to understand exactly what you are doing and what
your problem is from the description you have posted.

Please only report bugs in the bug report form.
