New version: rebased to current CVS and
fix the rejects caused by the newer SQLDA
and DESCRIBE patches. Note that it's still
compat-mode only, I will send a modified patch
in the next email that is ECPG-wide, so it can be
decided if the feature is wanted in native mode or not.
