Development page for Alpha1?

Would it be possible to create a development page for 8.5 Alpha1?

I'm thinking under Developer/Testing we should add "Alpha Information"
as well as a link from Testing.

For the alpha information, we should have a download link, and the
release notes.

Can anyone set this up?
