Hi Andrew,
Can you give us some more details?
To which version of server, are you trying to connect?
Can you set LogLevel to Debug by opening Options Dialog
(File->Options->Debugging).
And, then reproduce the bug and please share the logs for that with us.
Please share the exact pgAdminIII version & revision from About dialog.
