pgAdmin 1.8.4 rev 7358 crashes after clicking Help - Hints

OS: Mac OS X 10.5.6
PgAdmin: Version 1.8.4 (Jun 4, 2008, rev: 7358)

Problem: The application crashes after clicking on "Help --> Hints"

Preferences set/ticked:

[*] Do not prompt for unsaved files on exit
[*] Confirm object deletion?
