we have been fighting forum/tracker spam for quite a while on pgf - we
finally switched all forums and tracks to logged-in only and tried to
delete at least those spammails (some 150000 iirc) we could
automatically identify.
There is no doubt that some are still in there but there is not much we
can do here.
