Sponsor

!
Various parts of the PostgreSQL.org websites sport a sponsorship
banner. The revenues generated help support the PostgreSQL
Project, allocated as follows:

!

!
50% of revenues generated will be used for a PostgreSQL
Advocacy Fund, under the guidance of the PostgreSQL Core Team.

!
50% will be used to cover the infrastructure costs

!

!
The sponsor banners will have three tiers:

!

!
High Visibility
!

!
Viewed once per cycle

!
Cost: $100/mo -or- $270/qtr

!

!
Medium Visibility
!

!
Viewed once every two cycles

!
Cost: $ 50/mo -or- $135/qtr

!

!
Low Visibility
!

!
Viewed once every 4 cycles

!
Cost: $ 25/mo -or- $ 70/qtr

!

!

!

!
Prices are in US Dollars.

!
Current viewer estimates for the web pages is almost 1 million
impressions
! per month, and growing ...

-
As we are not basing the system on impressions or clickthrus, and in
- order to keep the speed of the system at its max, we are not recording #
- of impressions. It is left to the sponsor to setup an appropriate URL for
- redirection that allows them to keep track of click-thrus through
their log
- files.

-
-
This can be accomplished simply be adding a /?banner to the end of
a URL.

-
-
For more details, please contact Marc G. Fournier

-
-
Note: A cycle is defined as each applicable banner
being viewed once. So, as an example, if there are two High and one Low
banner in the system, each of the High banners would be seen 4 times
before the Low banner would be seen.
