Hi,

I have a 4 x SCSI in RAID 10 (PG 7.4.6) with a regular performance.
My database have 55 Gb of data.

In PG 8, moving the indexes to a separeted disk (or array) can
(generally) improve the performance if the system make a heavy use of
indexes ?

Thanks

Alexandre
