Subject: [CYGWIN] Minimal install Cygwin for PostgreSQL

Hi,

After some trial and error I came to the following list of modules to
install of Cygwin:
ash, bash, cygwin, fileutils, grep, ncurses, postgresql, readline, sed,
sh-utils and textutils.
This results in a cygwin dir of 31.4 Mb

Best regards,
Erwin van den Berg
