Not sure if this is known about, I can't find any mention on the lists:

Latest Win32 binary from http://www.hagander.net/pgsql/win32snap/

CPU times reported in vacuum seem to be a bit off! Partial output attached.

Platform: Windows XP
CPU: AMD athlon XP2800+
