Hi!!
I just installed PostgreSQL in a MSW98 using cygwin. When I type 'psql'
I get a message saying
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix
domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432
What can I do to solve this problem?
