I ran into that as well - I would say "yes" - install the latest
version. Also, if your application uses DAO, switch it over to ADO if
you can - I ran into issues with an in-house application I was
converting to use PG. After various testing, I found that the problems I
was seeing would go away if ADO was used instead - switched the app
over, haven't looked back.
