This is definitely most welcome. :)

The very best mailing list that you can ask for assistance with this is
the PostgreSQL "Advocacy and Marketing" mailing list. To subscribe to
it all you need to do is send an email to "majordomo(at)postgresql(dot)org"
with the words "subscribe pgsql-advocacy" as the message content.

Afilias/LibertyRMS (the people running the .info domain name registry on
PostgreSQL) are probably a good contact point for this kind of case
study too.
