I've described a installation/test procedure in my last message, but I
realized later that my question is not clear at all.
I run the test procedure that came with the posgres package
"/postgresql-7.1.3/src/test/locale/de_DE.ISO8859-1" (for it's characters
are also ISO8859-1, also applicable to Brazilian Portuguese) and all of
them failed.
Does locale support for "order by" works in Cygwin?
