I have recently installed Mandrake Linux 7.1 and am attempting to get
some Perl interfacing happening.

I have downloaded the DBD-pg tar file and when I attempt to do a 'make'
it complains about a missing file 'libpq-fe.h'.

Can anyone tell me where I can locate this header file please?
