I see that the Reference for "java.sql.DriverManager" recommends using
the DataSource interface instead of the DriverManager to aquire
connections from a JDBC driver.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on "how-to" setup a JNDI
Service Provider that all JDBC clients on a network can universally
access.
