Password crypted storage utilisation

Hie , hope someone can help me

I 'm trying to secure my database so i would like to use crypted
password for authentification.

But if i do this with pg_hba.conf like :

local all crypt

passwords are still stored in clear !

I don't wan't that superuser can see the password of a user !

Is there a way to do this ? Thanks and excuse for my english ...
