It works for me, though I have noticed it is a great deal slower than it
was a few weeks ago. (I see response times of 5-15 seconds instead of
a couple seconds.)

Did you repoint your bookmark to
http://developer.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/
instead of pgsql-server?
