I had set up a user, and host config to allow for an external web server
superuser to connect to the database via cgi programs and it was
working. I rebooted and restarted the postmaster and now the access no
longer works, the error messages to stderr are now gone as well and I
can't find a log to find out what the error is... The user has been
granted insert, update, select to the necessary tables and when it
suddenly didn't work after the reboot I re-granted them and it still
doesn't work....
