This one seems to have changed to:

This one seems to have been removed with no new home, and while we could link
to the archive.org page I wonder if we should just remove the link, or instead
link to the Stonebreaker paper on Sequoia 2000?
The attached fixes the above, with a link to the Stonebraker paper.
