I really doubt it. IIRC, RedHat no longer supports PostgreSQL (or
their variant RedHat Database) directly; and the version that was
supported was quite old.

Tom Lane would know more about version-specifics... but I don't see
Oracle supporting PostgreSQL or MySQL any time soon. Just because
they're part of the distro doesn't mean they're totally supported by
the Linux vendor.
