I'm trying to upgrade to 6.3.2 and I can't find any options to enable
building interfaces/libpq++ and interfaces/odbc. It seems that
"HAVE_Cplusplus=false" is hardcoded into postgresql-6.3.2/src/configure,
and there doesn't seem to be any reference at all to interfaces/odbc.
How do I enable them, and is there a regression test for them?
I'm using --with-template=sparc_solaris-gcc on a Solaris 2.6 machine.

Thanks.
