Bryan,

I asked this same question a couple of months ago & found I was it 8-).
I have since been working on a project using ODBCExpress & Delphi 2. Byron
at insightdist made some fixes to the odbc driver when a few bugs showed
their heads with ODBCExpress. Since then, I have had no trouble.
ODBCExpress is a mature product with continuing development. What I wanted,
was independence from the BDE. Performance is great & the components are
easy to use & online docs are pretty good. You should be happy with the
combo. It would be nice if Byron could squeeze out a 16 bit version of the
driver though.

Cheers!

Ken
