Swiss PGDay 2024: Schedule Published

Wir freuen uns, das Programm für den *Swiss PGDay 2024* bekannt zu geben.
Die Konferenz findet am *Donnerstag, 27. und Freitag, 28. Juni 2024* an
der Fachhochschule Ostschweiz, Campus *Rapperswil (SG)* statt.

Das Programm-Komitee konnte ein *attraktives Programm*[1] für die Konferenz
zusammenstellen. Wir danken allen, die während des CfS einen Vorschlag
eingereicht haben.

Die Konferenz dauert zwei Tage und ist in zwei Tracks aufgeteilt.
Vorträge werden hauptsächlich auf Englisch gehalten, aber auch auf
Deutsch (mindestens eine Vortrag pro Track ist auf Englisch).

Die *Registrierung*[2] für Teilnehmende und *Sponsoren*[3] ist offen.

*Poster* können bis zum _15. Mai 2024_ eingereicht werden[4]. Die Poster werden
im Ausstellungsbereich präsentiert. Aussteller von Postern werden
ermutigt, auch in einem Lightning Talk zu präsentieren. Eine
Registrierung für Lightning Talks ist während der Konferenz möglich.

Neuigkeiten zum Swiss PGDay sind auf unserer Website[5] und via Mastodon[6]
erhältlich.

We are pleased to announce that the schedule for the *Swiss PGDay 2024*
has been released. The conference will take place on *Thursday, 27 June
and Friday, 28 June 2024* at the University of Applied Sciences of
Eastern Switzerland, Campus *Rapperswil (near Zurich)*.

The program committee was able to put together an *attractive schedule*[1]
for the conference. We thank everyone who submitted a proposal during
the CfS.

The conference will last two days with two tracks. Presentations will be
mainly in English, but also in German (and there will be at least one
presentation in English in each time slot).

*Registration*[2] as well as the *Call for Sponsors*[3] is open.

The *Call for Poster*[4] descriptions will remain open until _15 May 2024_.
Posters will be displayed in the exhibition area. Poster presenters are
encouraged to also present in the lightning talk session. Registration
for lightning talks will be open during the conference.
