How did you configure?

I built 8.0.2 using ./configure --prefix=/opt/local

(i.e. nothing special) on a fresh Solaris 10 03/05 installation and
used the gcc supplied by Sun (in /usr/sfw/bin/gcc), and everything
went fine.

BTW, is pgsql-sql the appropriate list for this kind of question?
