There's a size limit --- 20K or 30K I think.

Well, you could try including the plan as a compressed attachment, but
are you sure it's worth including at all?

BTW, you can configure majordomo to tell you when it's delaying or
bouncing a message. I'm not sure why that setting isn't on by default.
