BTW, looking at the new COPY commands, the idea of "COPY table_foo
(PUBLICATION pub1, pub2)" is looking more and more attractive, as a
replacement for having the replica cons up an ad-hoc subquery to COPY
from. Something to think about for pg16, maybe.
