Hi,
Is not possible start the service postgresql-x64-9.6 in Windows services, I
received error when try starts.
Is Similar error posted in Microsoft community

I hide all Microsoft services in msconfig and restart my notebook, and
starts the service with success.
Is second time I received the error, and last error I try reinstalled the
postgre, but the problem persisted.
Is a bug of postgre?
