Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit
Description:

PostgreSQL 9.6 server instance failed to start after Upgrading to the latest
released version of PgAdmin 4 V1/ as per the indication alert message in
the PgAdmin Console.

Unable to restore the Data (Databases) available in the corrupted version of
postgresql server. Tried so many attempts of restoring that Data folder and
the output is only failure.

Total loss of data and failure of entire postgresql instance because of the
backup database issue with PgAdmin4.
