The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 14572
Logged by: Richard Potvin
Email address: rick(at)scienceinvision(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 9.6.2
Operating system: Windows 10
Description:

First off, I am not a PostgreSQL guru.
But...

I installed pgadmin 4-1.2 and PostgreSQL 9.6.2 into c:\Program Files
(x86)\..., which was the default.
When trying to restore in pgadmin, the restore command created seems to fail
because the path directory (which is visible when reviewing the failure)
says:
"C:\Program Files\..." (a different directory than "C:\Program Files
(x86)\...
Is this why it keeps failing?
