BUG #14424: install fail

Description:

Hi

I'm using postgresql 9.1.13 version

PC os was updated from win 7 to win 10.

when i try to install postgresql

I got some error

from install log I copy some text

there is no data folder in postgresql

It happen only one PC.

please tell me why this error happen.
