I don't see that they need to know about postgresql.org or mj2. They
just need a fixed rule based on the headers (something based on "Cc:
pgsql-ru-" or "To: pgsql-ru-" should do it.)
Ultimately it seems the failure to fix this problem is just because Marc
is the only one able to do it, and he's not around enough.
