Absolutely, and if you have the names to go with each of the groups than i
am with you in that it is a good thing. My assumption was that you were starting
'from scratch' and making up the workgroups. Workgroups should not become an end
in themselves, but i expect you are fully aware of that :)

It is good to have names with tasks I think, if those people accept that they
are driving those efforts. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting a lot of 'yes
cool i can do this i can do that' without ever getting the output.
