Much appreciated. Just for my understanding: these are _proposed_ workgroups, no?
Or do these wg's already exist?

At first reading, i see quite some overlap between some of these working groups. I don't
know how many we are, but i suspect it'll be difficult to fill these wg's without having people
participate in at least 3 wg's. That means it might be good to see if the number of wg's can be
reduced.

For example, are the goals of 'Sponsorship' and 'Institutions' sufficiently different and
independent to warrant two wg's instead of just one?
